Humous with pistachio

Serves x 2, prep time x 5 minutes


Ingredients:

·       1 x can of organic chickpeas (keep the water)

·       2 x garlic cloves, crushed

·       1 x tbsp tahini

·       1 x tbsp olive oil

·       Seasoning

·       Handful of pistachios

Method:

1.    Chuck everything (including the water from the chickpeas) apart from the pistachios into a blender and blend until smooth.

2.      Serve the dip with lashings of olive oil and scatter of the pistachios.

3.      Enjoy!
