Raw hemp seed protein balls

Makes:12-15 servings
Prep time: 10 x minutes, chill time x 2 hours
Ingredients:
- 3 x tbsp of hemp seeds
- 1 x packet of medjool dates, de-stoned
- 1/2 cup of seeds of choice
- 2-3 x tbsp of tahini
- ½ cup of organic oats
- 2 x tbsp of cocoa powder
- 2 x tbsp of shredded coconut
- Pinch of salt
Method:
1. Chuck the dates into a large bowl and pour over ¼ cup of boiling water. After 2 minutes mash the dates with a back of a fork until soft.
2. Stir in the tahini then throw in all the other dry ingredients and mix.
3. With your hands roll 12-15 golf size balls.
4. Set aside in the fridge for at least 2 hrs before serving.
